At night
ZZZZZZZZZ – sleep well, sweet dreams…
When you’re lying down, the blood flows differently from when you’re standing up, which is why you need a special night towel. Night towels are longer at the back than an ordinary towel, because the blood tends to run backwards, towards your bottom (if you sleep on your back). If you toss and turn a lot in your sleep, some towels could end up twisting askew so that the blood leaks out. But Lifestyle night towels are so good that you really don’t have to worry about them leaking.
If you’re unlucky, and wake up on a bloodstained sheet, this is what you do: put the sheet to soak in cold water - preferably, as soon as possible. Add a little salt or liquid detergent to the water. If the sheet is heavily stained, you can always change the water a couple of times. Once the sheet’s been in soak for a couple of hours, you can wash it as normal, but make sure that you use a detergent that doesn’t contain any bleach. The same applies if your panties have been stained.
