The Lifestyle Carry Yourself with Confidence Schools campaign is aimed at empowering young females in underprivileged communities about essential life skills.
The programme teaches young women about the basics relating to puberty, how to take care of your body and also how to understand the changes taking place in your body.
The lessons then teach women about celebrating your uniqueness as a woman, from your personality, to your talents and what makes you unique.
The last phase is about investing in your future, teaching young women from underprivileged communities to invest in their future and bringing their dreams to reality.
You are a very important part of setting girls free from the constraints of taboos and lack of knowledge. Your position is unique and you have the chance to really change the lives of girls.
